Ginetta
At the age of 30 years, Ginetta, the oldest giraffe in a Canadian zoo, died on the afternoon of Monday, January 21, 2014. She was born at the Toronto Zoo in 1983 and spent her entire life there. She celebrated her 30th birthday last August. Unfortunately I don't know if this is Ginetta in this photo... but it is one of the giraffes at the Toronto Zoo that I photographed in October 2010. I just wanted to pay a little tribute to the old gal.

Monday Mural - Buffet
At the front of the building the mural is less complicated but still entertaining. The real mural is in the next photo.

Around the side of the building is this colourful and amusing mural.
Sorry, I have no credits for the unknown artist. I'm linking to Monday Mural.

UFO
Just before 6 a.m. the electric power went off. So I decided to take some photos out the front upper window. I just happen to catch theses two UFO's as they whizzed by. Rumour has it that they steal our light and make everything dark. Scientists theorize that they do this just before they depart Earth for their home planet. The reason behind it is because they suspect the aliens have many light years to travel. Fortunately they went easy on us and the power was only out for about an hour.
