Monday Mural - Billboard

Artist: Dan Tamborro. Completed in 2000. It was commissioned by Bud Gowan, owner of Bud Gowan Antiques. The artist was allowed little creative freedom as the concept and vision was that of Gowan. It was for promoting the business after it had changed locations. The mural mimics the era of the establishment as see through the old billboard hanger. Painted directly onto brick after extensive restoration of building. I'm linking to Monday Mural.

Ailing Goose

I believe this Canada Goose was not feeling well. I became suspicious when I noticed this one was by it's self. They are famous for travelling in not less than groups of two. There were no others within sight.

I had been in the area for about an hour and it was still there. I knew she (he?) had been there for awhile because of the stain on the snow caused by the birds droppings. I feel sorry for the bird but this is nature taking it's course.

Monday Murals - London Music Hall

Fred Harrison official artist. Begun in 2000 but with construction it was left unfinished until 2009 when artist Donna Andreychuck completed. Commissioned by The Rainbow Movie Theaters.

Located within the Citi Plaza mall in downtown London, Ontario. The mural depicts the ordinal London Music Hall built in 1895. The building still stands today but has nothing to do with music.
