Creepy Vine

Is it just me or has anyone else notice how this vine is spreading in Ontario? Virginia Creeper Vine is not an invasive plant but it certainly can be considered aggressive. The vines can reach at least 50 feet in length. It can climb just about any vertical surface: trees, telephone poles, fences and walls. Left unchecked, Virginia creeper vines have the potential to overwhelm their host tree, but they are less of a problem than kudzu or wild grapevine.

Monday Mural - Elephants on Parade

This painting pays tribute to the circus, which rode the rails town to town, bringing a piece of joy to each resident of each town in it’s path.
