Monday Mural - Hockey

Artist Andrew Silk painted the murals in 2008 located on opposite walls of a narrow lane way. The hockey players have rounded edges like the players in a old table hockey game.

The artist won a competition to create hockey related murals in honour of London’s hosting of the Junior World Cup in 2007 - 2008. I'm linking to Monday Mural.

    I like that he made the players look like the old game and it's refreshing to see that the graffiti "artists" are respecting the murals.

    Your right about it being reminiscent of the old air hockey games.
