I like your sparkly city hall, Andy. Funny you should say that about never being bored. I agree … a camera in hand inspires one to pause if only for a moment to actually look at the surroundings.
The lens was open for 8 seconds... so any one that was moving quickly did not show up. If you look closely to the right of the first post you will see ghost like legs. That guy was walking slow. His upper part of the body blended in with the black background. Two kids came towards me on skateboards but they were moving fast enough that the camera never picked them up.
8 second exposure and you got rid of the people. wow they are some fast walkers. haha, stunning image Andy, nice that you managed not to completely blow the light source from the street lamp. Excellent work.
