Certainly very symbolic signs! Like how they are propped up on a bench so no one can sit down!
ReplyDeleteYep, the Canadian political map sure is different, that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteHow interesting to have a sign with no words - and everyone knows what it means! In our town it seems we always have to have everything spelled out for us. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI read that you'd had an election !
ReplyDeleteClytie, don't give us too much credit. These people were going there just to mark a simple X on a piece of paper.
ReplyDeleteah, the surprise was also the extra names on the ballot (Marxist-Leninist, anyone?)
ReplyDeleteIs the change good or bad? Sorry, I haven't followed your election.
ReplyDeletethese signs haven't changed much over the years!
ReplyDeleteThis post is so colorful and pretty. Voting Day for you all. Hope the election came out the way you wanted to come out.
ReplyDeleteCool X sign.

Ah yes...that was a noteworthy voting day for us, wasn't it, Andy? I'm still puzzling over some of the results...:)
ReplyDeleteI had to Google for the results. It seems the American media has been preoccupied this week with another matter. It's not that it hadn't been covered on NPR leading up to the election but all else has been pushed off the news of late.
ReplyDeleteI want to know if the redrawn is for the good or not that so good? ^_^ Happy weekend!
