Monday Murals - Bowmanville

Andy | Monday, February 06, 2012 | Best Blogger Tips

Artist: Todd Tremeer. Historic Bowmanville: King St. looking west, circa 1900. Over the years, much of King St., has remained the same & many of the original buildings still stand. I'm linking to Carolyn's Monday Mural.

  1. This one is very beautiful and the border of snow gives it something extra.

  2. The detail is incredible - as an amatuer artist, I am in awe of the talent of those who paint these larger-than-life murals! Fantastic offering!

  3. But are the streets as busy with people?!
Love the wooden planks to cross the muddy street - which looks quite wide!

  4. Great leading line in this work. I'm looking at that wooden ramp as sidewalk across the dirt street. That man in the top hat reminds me of that famous painting...was it Gustav Caillibotte?
