Monday Mural - Water Wells

Andy | Monday, March 26, 2012 | Best Blogger Tips

Artist: Dan Kitchen. Painted in 2002. The paint is peeling in spots but the colours are still holding up in this ten year old mural. I'm linking to Monday Mural.

  3. I take it this is a mural on the wall of the office of a company that digs wells? It's such a pleasing way to use a wall... and in my view beats the heck out of the usual billboard!

[You are right that Kaiping is near HK (about three hours south), but that would not explain the English on the jar of cream; no one except the rare returning overseas Chinese speak English. It is just to give the product a foreign allure. LOL!]

  6. The mural tells the story of this business. It took me a while to notice the windows. Does this decorate the side of Wilson's office? Hope they keep the mural maintained for future gazers. Thanks, Andy, for participating in this week's Monday Mural.
