Land Snail

The Banded Wood Snail is the most common species of snail in Ontario, Canada.

  1. I turned the screen around so my turtle could see this. I think he is salivating. there are a few gardens here that are full of these creatures, so I collect them. I never really thought about them having a name like this. it suits them at least.

  2. Wow, that's a pretty shell. I found two empty shells the other day. Somehow I never manage to find one with the snail in it.
