Red and Yellow Flags

A Red and Yellow flag on a beach means it is patrolled by Lifeguards. When two flags are present, this means that the area between them is being monitored by lifeguards, and it is the safest place to swim.

Lifeguards do many rescues each year with the majority of the rescues occurring outside the flagged area.

  1. Humans often foolishly put their lives in danger when they ignore safety measure. Not smart. I like the way you framed the two beach combers between the rungs of the ladder.

  2. I have a cousin who did that in the summer for a number of years. Good shots!
