People that do not return their shopping carts to the "cart corral". You could say this one missed the Target.

    You and me on that one Andy though a lot of ours you have to pay a deposit of a pound so people put them back

    Yup, that's my pet peeve too. It doesn't take much effort to wheel the cart over to a corral.

    Oh that's a big grrr from me too...I think it's just common courtesy to park buggies in the stall.

    haven't seen plastic trolleys here - we have Target too. Yes, maddening when they're just 'left' anywhere
